I found all the staff very helpful when I had a problem, and were always pleasant throughout my stay of 15 days of which was exceptional value for money. Even if an older hotel it was clean and comfortable. As a bonus I had a large living room as well as a separate bedroom!

i found the location was perfect for what we needed, close enough to the train line, shopping down stairs and a good location for food and drinks. Breakfast was good with a good choice but would like to see more westerner style breakfast, bacon eggs, baked beans etc.. rather than the full rice, stir fry et...

* Check in and out was very smooth. The staff was also very helpful with any questions or requests I had. * The room was a bit outdated, but very large and perfectly filled my expectations and beyond. * Breakfast was quite good, and had an exeptional view from the restaurant. * Large market right outside and around the entrance to the hotel * Walking distance to everything you need, including very large shopping malls and smaller convenient shops

Very good. It’s me Colonel & Mrs. Dipak Kumar Karki. Room no 215 (19-22 Dec. 023) & 275 (24-26 Dec.023) Front dest staffs, house keeping personnel’s, bell boys, room service, very polite & helpful. Room is spacious Pool is great TV is not working but we don't use as we are coming for family gathering. Overall we had quite fun time and my 7 years old daughter did not want to go out because she loves the hotel very much. For me (shopperholic) which is a quite sad cause she didn't let us go out.

The location was great and it's right smack in the central near the famous Petchaburi road. Getting from Suvarnabhuni Airport is simple using the Airport Link railway system exit at Ratchaprarop Station which saves you tons of time and money... as compared to taxi or bus service.

Really good location for shopping, nice city view at night. Very big room, Excellent staff specially reception team 🙂 lea d receptionist help us lot even find our stuff at different markets.. it's worth of money.

Best location for shopping. Near everything and it was fun when we were there because it's Songkran and we've experienced all the action. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. Definitely value for money. We will gladly book Baiyoke Suite Hotel again.

I like the room, the bedrooms make me feel comfort, location is easy to find, to rest. Especially, it's middle of the city and market around there. I wish the hotel will provide breakfast again very soon. Because I always to go Thailand every 3 months if no Covid cases.
